BLM and WLM Face-Off in Huntington Beach
On Sunday, March 11, 2021, “White Lives Matter” (WLM) protestors rallied in support of their beliefs in Huntington Beach, California.
After information spread that WLM protest flyers were found in Huntington Beach, Newport Beach, and other areas located in Orange County, Calif., BLM organizers used social media outlets to assemble a large counter-protest that vastly outnumbered the WLM demonstrators.
As tensions escalated throughout the course of the protest, fights arose and police intervened.
The police made a total of 12 arrests and issued a wide range of charges at the rally.
