The women's tennis team reached the top of the mountain this past week as they won the "Triple Crown" of tennis  at the state finals in Fresno.

After a going undefeated in conference and and three rounds of playoffs the Santa Monica Corsairs are headed to the Team State Championships for the first time in the schools history.

The Corsairs pulled out several crucial victories at the Ojai tournament over the weekend in a final tune up for their third round playoff match May 4th.

The Women's Tennis team has one playoff win under their belt and are now looking ahead to the next round.

Playing their second playoff game in consecutive days, fatigue was just too much for the Lady Corsairs to overcome, as they fell to the Saddleback College Gauchos in the SoCal Finals 5-4.
