Protests, Looting in Santa Monica
Peaceful protesters marched through Santa Monica, on Sunday, May 31, 2020. They first went to City Hall, on Main Street, and then to the pier on Ocean Avenue. Although the protesters were peaceful, looters took advantage of the situation, and converged in the downtown shopping area to loot stores.
